GNS provides  all of your firm’s Internet needs. We can provide your firm with its own Internet domain name...e.g. yourfirmname.com, provide high speed Internet access, host your web site for you at our central server site, provide your firm with e-mail accounts, and provide secure Internet access to your practice database so that firm personnel can access it on demand from anywhere that Internet access is available.

GNS can also provide your firm with a reliable, secure, encrypted, on-line backup service that ensures that in the event of a system failure or emergency your critical practice data will not be lost. This system is hosted by GNS at our central office, so you will always know exactly where your data is.

Rather than dealing with a large, impersonal Internet service provider that is unaware of your special needs, GNS will respond quickly and effectively to any contingency.

4. Field Service and Help Desk Support

GNS field service engineers provide fast response on-site support to troubleshoot and correct any hardware or software problems your firm may encounter, as well as providing hardware and software upgrades as required or desired. Service is available either under monthly service contracts that allow you to control and predict expenditures, or on a time and materials basis. GNS provides an emergency hotline to provide 24 hour access to GNS engineers.
